Criminal history: Sentenced to 3-year prison term in February 2000 for disrupting the law implementation by engaging in evil cult activities.
Fangshan District Public Security Bureau concluded: in December 2006, Shuying Li was arrested after she hid 47 copies of Falun Gong materials at No.3 Daniwan #6-602, Shuangyushu, Haidian District Beijing.

The Committee believes, Shuying Li practiced Falun Gong illegal activities, resisted the law implementation and disrupted the order of social administration. According to the “State Council’s decision on the issue of re-education through labor” and article 13 of "Trial Method of Re-education through Labor", we decide to sentence Shuying Li two years and six months of labor education, beginning from January 15, 2007 to July 14, 2009.
