Labor Camp Decision

Name: Shuying Li, female, born on January 2, 1943, nationality: Han, place of birth: Beijing, ID No. 11010819430102682X, college education, occupation: none, household address: No.3 Daniwan #6-602, Shuangyushu, Haidian District Beijing.  Criminal history: Sentenced to 3-year prison term in February 2000 for disrupting the law implementation by engaging in evil cult activities.

Fangshan District Public Security Bureau concluded: in December 2006, Shuying Li was arrested after she hid 47 copies of Falun Gong materials at No.3 Daniwan #6-602, Shuangyushu, Haidian District Beijing.

Investigation confirms: December 15, 2006, around 21:00 pm, Shuying Li was arrested after she hid 47 copies of Falun Gong materials at No.3 Daniwan #6-602, Shuangyushu, Haidian District Beijing.

The following evidences support the above facts: suspect’s statement, witness’ statement, sequence of the events and a list of confiscated items.

The Committee believes, Shuying Li practiced Falun Gong illegal activities, resisted the law implementation and disrupted the order of social administration.  According to the “State Council’s decision on the issue of re-education through labor” and article 13 of "Trial Method of Re-education through Labor", we decide to sentence Shuying Li two years and six months of labor education, beginning from January 15, 2007 to July 14, 2009.

If you refuse to accept this decision, you can apply for administrative review to the Beijing Municipal People's Government within 60 days after receiving this decision. Or, you may file an administrative lawsuit with the people’s court within 3 months after receiving this decision.
